Membership Terms and conditions information

All students wishing to sign up for classes must complete this form.
Within 48 hours of receipt you will receive an email on how to complete the standing order agreement and instructions on paying fees.
No standing order will be set up until your child has completed a trial session first. But please complete the Application Form to guarantee your child’s trial allocation.

class.
All Standing Order payments must be instructed to pay on the 1st of every month. Please ensure you add the student’s
name as the payee reference.
Fees are payable on every month of the year, this is because we bill everyone on a pro rata basis so you will still need to pay throughout school holidays.
Class terms run in line with Conwy County academic terms.
TRIAL CLASSES: if you are signing up for a Trial Class, please also select the class you would like to trial.
Trial class will be at the next available session for the class you have chosen. A member of the admin team
will contact you by email with all the details.
Contract Agreement & Payment Terms
I understand and agree that I am entering into a legally binding contract between myself,
named above and The Dance With Cinti Academy of Performing Arts.
I understand that I am entering a 12 month payment agreement and that I am obligated to
give at least 3 months notice to discontinue any individual class covered under this
agreement.
I understand that payments are to be paid every month, on the 1st of the month by Standing
Order.
I understand that non-payment of fees without notice will result in my details being passed to
our appointed debt recovery agent - Proserve Debt Recovery Limited.
I understand that it is my obligation to be aware of changes or updates relating to the classes for which I am signing up for, and this includes monitoring the Dance With Cinti
social media pages, website and emails which I may receive.
In the unlikely event that a class has to be cancelled, I understand that I am not entitled to a monetary refund however an alternative class will be offered on the closest possible date.
At Dance With Cinti, we take the safety of children very seriously and have made the appropriate checks to reasonably ensure that all involved teachers and adult volunteers meet our high standards of safety and care and where necessary will have DBS certification and compliant NSPCC training. I understand and consent to my child being accompanied by authorised representatives of Dance With Cinti at the Dance with Cinti Academy. I am aware that my child’s participation in dance and acrobatic activities has some inherent risks and injury may occur. I am aware my child will be playing with children of other ages. This will include physical and mental play against individuals who are older and possibly more experienced within the activity and physical contact is very likely.
I acknowledge that I fully understand that there has been a fully informed discussion between Dance With Cinti, my child and myself about the suitability for my child’s participation and the risks involved. I assume the risk of all injury and agree not to hold Dance With Cinti and its associates or affiliates liable for any and all injuries caused by or resulting from participating in physical activities or use of facilities.
Photography and Use of Promotional Materials
I agree to the photography of my child named above during classes and at events relating to Dance With Cinti, by appointed members of the DWC team.
understand that these photographs may be used for future promotions; including online and offline advertising platforms without being further informed.
I agree to these images being used indefinitely for the purposes of marketing Dance With Cinti.

an issue please discuss with a member of the team)
This contract, version dated December 2026, is bound by the laws of England and Wales.
